Requesting a transcript

CCHS transcript requests can be made through Parchment via the linked button above. A one-time account registration is required. To ensure proper student matching you will be asked for the following:
  • Enrollment status
  • Date of Birth
  • Student ID number. If unknown, please enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number
  • ​Email address
  • Year of Graduation

​If you need additional materials such as teacher letters of recommendations, counselor letter of recommendation, and/or secondary school report please email Raquel Isenhart at rreedisenhart@cherrycreekschools.org​ or call our office at 720.554.2340. We will need to know what letters of recommendation or reports you need sent and to where.

Once you have completed the registration set-up you will receive an email from Parchment asking you to confirm your email address. After confirmation you are ready to begin requesting transcripts through the Parchment website. ALL transcripts sent through Parchment are official. 

Cost

Transcript Request Fee - $10.00
Transcripts must be paid by credit card at the time of the order. Parchment accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. During the ordering process you will be able to see the exact charge prior to entering your credit card information.
