CCHS Post Grad & College Planning Guide (PDF)

Junior and Senior Conferences may be booked ONLY during student's "off" periods. Make sure you know your 2nd semester schedule before booking!

JUNIORS:  You can start scheduling your Junior Conferences on November 16th using the QR code or link above; link will go live at 11a.m. Junior Conferences begin on November 29th and continue throughout the semester.  Parents/guardians of Juniors are highly encouraged to attend this important meeting.

SENIORS: If you have not already had or booked your Senior Conference please do so immediately. Parents do not attend the Senior Conference.

Please remember - your meeting scheduled through OnceHub is confirmed ONLY when you receive a confirmation email from your counselor!

​Transcript Request Process & Deadlines

Step 1
Visit the Post Grad office to obtain a blue request form.
Step 2
Complete the blue request form indicating where you want your document(s) securely sent and by what deadline.
Step 3
Submit the blue request form to the Post Grad office at least 7-10 days before the deadline for your destination to receive your document(s). There is a $5 fee for each transcript request. See your counselor or the Post Grad office for questions or if you are part of the free/reduced lunch program and need a fee waiver.

Important Notes

  • Please allow 7 to 10 days for your transcript request to process once submitted.
  • If you are on free or reduced lunch, please contact your counselor for the process to request official transcripts to be sent to colleges.
  • If you are applying for scholarships and need materials to be sent, please email your counselor for the process.​​

Post Grad Mission Statement

The Post Graduate Center provides students with the knowledge and resources needed so  each individual student feels that he or she is empowered to make an appropriate choice for his or her post graduate plans. The Post Graduate Center provides opportunities and education to all students, parents, and families concerning college searches, admissions, financial aid, and possible scholarship opportunities. The Post Graduate Center works closely with colleges to provide accurate information and fosters the relationship with a broad variety of colleges to be able to meet the needs of the individual student.
