During the shift to remote learning, we have added an easy online process to request official transcripts and letters of recommendation for the college admissions process. This will be our process for the duration of 2nd semester of the 2020-2021 school year.

​Our deadlines for requesting online transcripts have NOT changed. Please make sure you are aware of the deadline  to submit your online transcript request so that we can ensure we meet your college application deadline (right):

Once you know your deadline, we request that you following these easy steps:

1. Please watch this 5-minute video that explains how to complete the online transcript request form.
You will be asked at the end of each form to acknowledge that you have watched this video.

2. Please complete one online transcript form per college through Rev Trak. You will need to pay $5 per request at the end of the process: cherrycreek.revtrak.net/cch-transcripts
 
3. If you are on free or reduced lunch, please email your counselor for the process to request official transcripts to be sent to colleges.
 
4. If you are applying for scholarships and need materials to be sent please email your counselor for the process to request materials to be sent.

​Please allow 7 to 10 school days for your transcript request to be completed once the transcript request has been submitted through RevTrak.

The Post Grad Center is a Great Resource for:

  • Visits from admission representatives from colleges/universities in the United States, Canada, and abroad.
  • ACT/SAT and College Board test preparation information.
  • Financial Aid and Scholarship information.
  • Career and Occupation information.
  • Summer enrichment program information.
  • U.S. Military opportunity information.

Students may use the post grad Office Computers for:

  • Conducting college or career interest and abilities research.
  • Conducting college research on Naviance.
  • Utilizing inventory results to connect to possible occupations, college majors, and universities/colleges.
  • Acquire information on specific colleges or universities and/or complete an online application.
  • Research or apply for financial aid. 
​MISSION STATEMENT:
The post graduate center provides students with the knowledge and resources needed so that each individual student feels that he or she is empowered to make an appropriate choice for his or her post graduate plans. The post graduate center provides opportunities and education to all students, parents, and families concerning college searches, admissions, financial aid, and possible scholarship opportunities. The post graduate center works closely with colleges to provide accurate information and fosters the relationship with a broad variety of colleges to be able to meet the needs of the individual student.
