Attention Juniors and Seniors ONLY -
Use OnceHub to request your Conference with your counselor!
Using OnceHub is easy - but be sure to follow these instructions so you know your meeting is confirmed:
- Get started in OnceHub: use the QR code or click the link below.
- Scroll to find your counselor; click on their name.
- Select "Senior Conference" or "Junior Conference" or "15-minute meeting" - whichever applies to you.
- Find a time that matches your schedule and click. At this point, you are REQUESTING a meeting.
- Fill out the form and submit.
- You are NOT FINISHED!
- You have made a REQUEST for a meeting. Check your email for a CONFIRMATION from your counselor! Until you receive a CONFIRMATION, your meeting is not set!
SENIORS: Senior Conference scheduling will start soon after our return to school in the fall. Parents do not attend the Senior Conference.
JUNIORS: Junior Conferences start in November and continue into 2nd semester. Juniors will meet during Advisory for a Creek 301 Post Grad Planning presentation. When the link to request a Junior Conference goes live, please use the QR code or link above to request your conference date and time (QR code is also available in the Post Grad department). Parents/guardians of Juniors are highly encouraged to attend this important meeting with their student.

Transcript Request Process & Deadlines
Step 1
Visit the Post Grad office to obtain a blue request form. Step 2
Complete the blue request form indicating where you want your document(s) securely sent and by what deadline. Step 3 Submit the blue request form to the Post Grad office at least 7-10 days before the deadline for your destination to receive your document(s) - see the Transcript Request Due Dates page in Post Grad for exact deadlines. There is a $5 fee for each transcript request. See your counselor or the Post Grad office for questions or if you are part of the free/reduced lunch program and need a fee waiver. |
